📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally soon.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at support@emporio-decor.com.

Do your items require assembly?
Some furniture arrives flat-packed and includes simple, easy-to-follow assembly instructions with the necessary tools.
Can I request fabric or finish samples?
Yes! Swatches are available for select items. Contact us at support@emporio-decor.com to request a sample.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Our website is fully encrypted with SSL security and we use certified payment gateways to protect your data.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. With Shop Pay Installments, you can split your order into interest-free payments at checkout.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please note: custom and final sale items are non-refundable.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at returns@emporio-decor.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

How should I care for my furniture?
Each product includes detailed care instructions. In general, we recommend dusting regularly and cleaning with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or direct sunlight to preserve finishes.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most of our items include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please refer to individual product pages for more details.
